Upon commissioning me you agree to the following Terms of Service:
I reserve the right to turn down any commissions as I choose.You are requesting an art piece in the Snarkyjinx art style. There will be absolutely no reference/duplication of another artist's style.Unless requested otherwise, I reserve the right to post finished works to social media or use said works for advertising or portfolio purposes.I do not offer any refunds! Unless artwork cannot be provided or a situation preventing me from working on your commission occurs then I will offer a refund.You may not claim my work as your own. When crediting me all I ask is for my username to be mentioned or a link to any of my social medias ( all of which are @snarkyjinx )I do not allow use of my artwork for any business related to N F T s or A I works. Uploading my works to any AI generator or the like is prohibited.I also do NOT accept AI generated images for references at this time.―

Rules:

  • Please be specific in what you want.

  • Must be paid in FULL before starting.

  • I will provide work in progress pictures if requested! Some art I will send a WIP just to double check details.

  • References are a must. I will charge extra if I have to design any characters/mascots.

  • Must be safe for work. I do not draw NSFW/sexual artworks.

  • Minor fixes are free and I will happily oblige to fixing errors. All other major fixes/alterations after may have a fee depending on complexity.

  • I do not offer refunds! Unless I am unable provide any artwork I will not do refunds.

  • Do not spam me with questions/concerns on how long it will take to complete. I work pretty quickly, but do be patient! I will let you know if there are any delays!
